Troubleshooting for buffering or locking up:
- Try using a computer or laptop connected to a high speed internet connection (if you are experiencing difficulties on your phone or TV)
- If you are watching from a computer, you can lower the broadcast quality for a more consistent and better video stream without buffering. To do that, after beginning the video, click the small gear symbol in the bottom right of video for video quality and set it to 432p instead of 720p.
